Inquiries are not bookings

Sending an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a booking or a contract. The details of any engagement, including dates, menus, and pricing, are agreed directly with Cours.

Sample menus

The menus shown are from past work and are examples only. There is no set menu. Every engagement is built with the client.

Photography

The photographs on this site are licensed stock images, sourced through Unsplash and chosen to match the standard of the cooking. They are not photographs of Cours dishes, clients, or client homes. That work stays private. Cours photography will replace them over time.

Allergies and dietary needs

Cours takes allergies and dietary protocols seriously and coordinates them directly with each client as part of every engagement. Information on this website is general. It is not a guarantee that any dish or kitchen is free of a specific allergen, and it does not replace the conversation Cours has with you before cooking.
